1. Is tax included in my purchase?
We charge 0% tax. However, your country's customs might impose a tax on the item upon arrival.
2. The item that I ordered doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?
We do not exchange items so make sure to double check your size before placing an order. Also, please read return/refund policy for more information about this.
3. I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still pay using Debit or Credit Card?
Yes, you can. Upon check out, click the Paypal button, there are links for Debit or Credit Card payment. Click here for details.
4. How long does my item be shipped?
We always make sure orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 3 days after payment. You can click here for more details about our shipping information.
5. I bought more than one item, I received only one. Why?
Don't worry, it doesn't mean that you will not receive the other item/s. Most likely it is shipped separately. Rest assured that it is already on the way to you. You can track the item/s here.
